How long have you been doing keto?

7 months

What motivated you to start keto?

Doing the Reversed TV show.

What benefits/successes have you experienced?

After being an insulin-dependent type two diabetic, I am no longer on insulin. I’ve also lost 60 pounds so far.

What was the hardest part?

Getting over the cravings of sweets, but after a while, your body no longer craves it. So I would say this has not been hard at all.

What were the keys or top tools to your success?

My favorite tool has been using Keto-Mojo. I also attribute my success to a fantastic group of support from the keto world.

Did you measure your ketones and/or glucose and if so, how did that help you?

I test regularly and watching my ketosis encourages me to stay on track or get back on track.

What tips or words of wisdom can you share?

Even if you don’t see a drastic weight drop at first, remember that your body is healing from the inside out. Once your insides are healing the outside results will appear. Just don’t give up, it really works!
