How long have you been doing keto?

3 months

What motivated you to start keto?

I was feeling lethargic and unhealthy, unable to finish days with energy. After consulting with Dr. John Tidwell from Opt Health, I was encouraged to try keto.

What benefits/successes have you experienced?

20 lbs of weight loss, more energy, and improved confidence.

What was the hardest part?

Limiting myself to less than 50g carbs per day.

Diet discipline and waking up earlier to exercise.
