This Keto Low-Carb Chicken Alfredo Pizza is a quick and easy healthy recipe prepared with simple ingredients.







It’s definitely the best pizza crust ever!  carb-free and full of protein, plus a nice texture: couldn’t be better than this!

Let’s make our  Chicken Alfredo Pizza


INGREDIENTS:

  • 20oz canned chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Garlic Powder


INSTRUCTIONS:


Cook for 30 min at 375° add your toppings and sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes. 
I broiled mine at the end and it was amazing! 





The chicken crust is inspired by a @keto.connect recipe I saw someone remake a long time ago. So good 

Note
would only have the nominal carbs from your alfredo sauce, which is on the jar if you use that kind. No carbs for the chicken, hardly any in the cheese!
