Keto Collagen Cookie Cups
Run.. Don’t walk… to the kitchen bc these were AMAZING! You can’t go wrong with this preferred keto-salted caramel collagen. You know my spiel!

I’m always adding collagen to my baking to sneak it into my husband (men need collagen just as much as us if not more!). But truth be told, he knows it’s in there & especially loves this flavor. He’s a salted caramel fan.
8 – 9 serving
Collagen Cookie Cups Ingredients:
- 1c Almond Flour
- 2T Coconut Flour
- 1 Scoop Preferredketo Salted Caramel Collagen
- 1/8c Old Fashion Oats (can omit & use a Keto “hot cereal” I don’t have anymore)
- 3T Sweetener
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 4T Coconut Oil or Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 4T Caramel Choczero Syrup
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
a handful of your choice chocolate chips
Preheat Oven 350
Combine your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a little indent in your dry ingredients & add in your wet ones. Mix together till well incorporated. Fold in your chocolate chips, using a cookie scoop – scoop out and place in a cupcake pan. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Once out & still hot push down the middle with a cookie scoop or medicine cup.
4oz softened cream cheese
1T heavy whipping cream
whip together set aside
meltdown some Choczero chocolate chips & drizzle on top.
