These keto peanut butter cookies deserve a grand entrance, because they’re my newest keto low-carb obsession.
It’s so yummy and delicious keto recipe.
Inspired from Anna Boyd
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/2 cup granular (swerve sweetie)
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 3/4t baking soda
- 1/2t baking powder
- 1/2t vanilla
- A dash of sea salt
- Lilly’s New milk chocolate chips (2 serving)
1-Shape the dough into exactly the size and shape you want your cookies to be believe it or not, despite being very soft these cookies have almost no spread.
2- Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
3- Top with a few chopped lilys chocolate peanut butter cups. Let cool the cookie sheet…these will be extremely fragile until completely cooled and set.
Made 10 cookies with this recipe.
