Keto Sauerkraut Rye Bread Reuben
I’m sure that you need this Keto Sauerkraut Rye Bread Reuben in your life.
I decided to start out me veggie bread week with my ultimate favorite sauerkraut! Originally I made a basic sauerkraut bread, which was fantastic!
But when I decided I wanted to make it into a Rueben, I figured I should make a second batch with fennel so that it would resemble a rye bread.
Both slices of bread turned out fantastic, and it made the perfect Reuben!
Though it wasn’t necessary, I did end up adding more sauerkraut to the sandwich last minute, you can NEVER have too much!

How To Make This Delicious Keto Sauerkraut Rye Bread Reuben?
Ingredients:
Bread:
- -3 Tbsp Almond Flour
- -1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- -2 Tbsp Sauerkraut
- -1 Egg
- -1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:
1) Mix dry ingredients
2) Mix in wet ingredients
3) Pour into a greased square microwave-safe dish
4) Microwave 90 seconds
5) Microwave more at 15-second intervals if needed
6) Slice into 2 bread slices

Reuben:
– Walden farms international Thousand Island Dressing
– Sliced Corned Breed
– Swiss Cheese
– Sauerkraut (optional)
– Butter
1) Layer bread with sauce, meat, cheese, and sauerkraut
2) Butter outside of bread slices.
3) Pan fry on both sides until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. May need to cover to melt the cheese.
