What You Need For These KETO RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS RECIPE?



Ingredients:


12 fresh raspberries
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup MCT oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener





Special Equipment

Silicone  mold(s) with at least 30 cavities (optional)



Instructions:


1 In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix with a fork until smooth.

2 Distribute the cheesecake mixture evenly among 30 cavities of a truffle mold(s). (Alternatively, use a spoon to dollop bite-sized portions of the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.) Freeze for 45 minutes or until set.

3 Store extras in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
