These mug cakes are my favorite dessert! Single serving desserts are a great way to satisfy a craving without totally going off the rails of healthy eating.

These mug cakes go together in minutes, and make the best canvas for your favorite keto-friendly toppings!

How to Make a Keto Mug Cake? 


Ingredients:

  • 2 TBSP almond flour.
  • 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • 2 tsp coconut flour.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 TBSP erythritol or sweetener of your choice.
  • Sugar-free whipped cream (optional).

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a mug or bowl.
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds.
4. Either eat it straight out of the mug or dump it on a plate-like I did.
