Snickerdoodle Crepeson this wonderful Sunday morning.
These can also be used during an egg fast.
- 6 Lg Eggs
- 6 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Powdered Sweetener
Mix all together until smooth. I used a bigger pan, and did a nice thin layer of batter.
Make sure to spray your pan, and let them cook up nice and brown. They will be fragile.
Take them out of the pan and cool, while you whip up the frosting.
Frosting is 3 Tbsp Powdered Swerve,
1 stick or 8 tbsp of Butter and 2 Tsp Cinnamon.
Make sure it is all soft before mixing.
I put a thin layer of frosting on the crepe before rolling it up. Make sure they are nice and cool. Add powdered Sweetener on the top for a sweet treat.
Makes 8 crepes.
