Pumpkin Cream Cheese bread

 Cream cheese Keto pumpkin bread. You will enjoy it.

For the filling:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener 
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • For the bread:
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 melted butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line 3 x 5.5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper
3. To make the filing place all ingredients in a bowl and beat until well combined. Set aside
4. For the bread add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
5. In a bowl with a stand mixer beat the eggs and granulated sweetener until pale and fluffy for 3-5 minutes

6. Add the butter and pumpkin puree and beat until well combined
7. Add in the dry ingredients and beat until smooth
8. Pour some bread mixture, cream cheese filling, and more bread mixture
9. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
