Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups

Who wants to make cheese chicken rolls for tonight’s dinner?

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cut da carb flatbreads
  • shredded chicken
  • cheese sauce

Instructions:


1. Make your cheese sauce. I did 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup heavy cream, and enough cheese until I got a delicious melty sauce! It was about 1.5 cups. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Cut your cut da carb flatbread in half vertically. Turn it so you roll it on its long side(helps them from splitting as you roll).

3. Fill with shredded chicken and cheese sauce. Roll and seal with cream cheese.

4. Shallow fry in avocado oil until nice and crispy.

5. Cut each wrap in half and top with more cheese sauce, grated parm, and parsley.


(This would be a generous serving if you ate it all.
 I ate 2 of these halves with a side of crispy Brussel sprouts.)
