Ingredients For The Blackened Salmon & Spinach Egg Rolls

  • -1lb Salmon seasoned then air-fried
  • -1/3c chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
  • -1/2c shredded gouda
  • -1/2c shredded mild cheddar
  • -8 thinly sliced Muenster cheese
  • -seasonings to taste (I used homemade blackened seasoning, cajun, & old bay)
  • -2 full cutdacarb sheets, cut into fours (8 total) 

Instructions For The Blackened Salmon & Spinach Egg Rolls

•Mix all ingredients except for sliced muenster & wraps. You want to taste this mixture and make sure you LOVE it. I had to stop myself from eating this entire bowl
•Lay a cutdacarb square down, place a slice of muenster down then about 1/4-1/2 cup of your mixture.
•Roll it up and stick a toothpick in to seal until you’re ready to fry. Do this with however many egg rolls you’re making. You may have mixture leftover. 
•Shallow fry in your oil of choice (I used EVOO) turning about every 30 seconds or until the side that is frying, is golden brown. Do this for all sides and ENJOY  & SHARE.
