How To Make A Keto White Chicken Lasagna?
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions For Bechamel
Melt butter in a pot, add almond flour and create a roux.
Add heavy cream and salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and let thicken up slightly.
- 1 chicken breast shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- Salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder
Mix and combine all ingredients
Lasagna layers(I had enough for 5 layers):
- •cut da carb wrap
- •chicken ricotta mixture
- •mozzarella cheese
- •a little bechamel sauce
Top with the rest of the bechamel sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and parsley flakes!
Bake at 425F until nice and bubbly.
Lasagna doesn’t always have to be about the carb-filled noodles, red sauce, and meat.
