Mug Cake For Breakfast.
Featuring bae-con and sausage. I also used some sugar-free maple syrup that I found at Walmart.
|Keto Mug Cake For Breakfast
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp coconut flour (or 6 tbsp almond flour)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cake batter extract (optional)
- 8 drops liquid stevia (or 2 tbsp sweetener)
Melt butter in a mug, mix all ingredients, microwave 90 seconds (until firm). You can also bake at 350F for 10-15 mins.

All brands and harvests of peanuts will vary in net carbs, mine has 2 net carbs per serving, (Kroger crunchy natural). If you don’t have cake batter extract, you can use 1/4 tsp maple extract, or just replace it with another 1/4 tsp of vanilla!
If you’ve made them before and find them to be dry, try using 2.5 or 3 tbsp butter instead of 2.
Also, the macros will be different if you use almond flour.
